As a Senior Field Marketing Strategist at Park Industries, you'll work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines remote work flexibility with onsite collaboration at our St. Cloud, MN office.
Experience and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales is required.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, market research, or a similar role, with a strong focus on customer insights and innovation is required. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving customer-centric strategies.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Field Marketing Strategist at Park Industries, you will:
- Voice of the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and analyzing VOC data to inform customer-focused strategies.
- Innovation Opportunities: Identify opportunities for innovation based on customer feedback, market trends, and emerging needs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into actionable strategies that drive product and service innovation.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to uncover innovative opportunities.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide insights to leadership to guide strategic planning and customer-centric innovation.
- Event Coordination: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of industry association events, ensuring they reflect the company's commitment to customer focus and innovation.
- Brand Initiatives: Partner with the marketing team to drive strategic brand initiatives that emphasize innovation and customer value.
- Customer Experience: Support product launches, sales campaigns, and aftermarket activities with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
