The Digital and Automation Product Sales Executive (PSE)is a field sales position focused on selling our Digital Health and Syngoportfolio, including capital equipment and subscription offerings to IT, Radiology& Cardiology departments in healthcare organizations. Successful candidatemust have sales experience in one or more of the following healthcaresolutions: Artificial Intelligence,Cardiovascular Information Solution (CVIS), PACS, VNA and Referral Management. ArtificialIntelligence, Advanced Visualization, Remote Scanning and PerformanceManagement Solutions. Travel is heavy in the zone and you must live in theterritory and have access to a major airport.

Responsibilities
- Achievebusiness objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration ofaccounts with product/solution/service offerings).
- Willguide the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensureachievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
- Develops,builds and cultivates long-term relationships with key management within thecustomer organization.
- Assistsmanagement in devising sales plans and strategies, develop forecasts, budgetsand operating plans for product sales channels.
- Willlead territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changingmarket, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
- Willcreate and deliver customized presentations to customers based on clinical,operational, and financial needs.
- EnsuresAccount Executives and other Product Sales Executives are knowledgeable onDigital Health and Syngo Products to drive business.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience
- BS/BAin related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalentcombination of education and experience.
- Candidateswill have 5+ years capital equipment or subscription sales experience tohealthcare organizations.
- Demonstrateda capacity to sell in complex environments.
- Experiencecarrying large quotas and working with long sales cycles as well asdemonstrated success at meeting and exceeding those quotas.
- Experiencein developing and presenting sales strategies to top level decision makers inthe Healthcare IT Market (CEO, CIO, CFO, Director level, IT, managers,Physicians).
- Musthave experience working with sales quotas, forecasting.
- Successfultrack record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience
- Specificknowledge of Healthcare IT and Cardiology/Radiology Departmental Workflow withDiagnostic imaging (e.g. PACS/CVIS) a strong plus.
- Professionalsales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills,Miller-Heiman, and a good understanding for the Clinical/Operational/Financialneeds of the Healthcare Market etc.
- Experiencewith a consultative type selling approach along with experience in speakingwith "C" level executives within Healthcare Organizations.
