As a Large Valve Assembler, you will assemble valves and valve components using specialized machinery, jigs, and fixtures. Working under the guidance of the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will ensure product quality and efficiency in the assembly process.

You Will:
  • Follow prescribed Assembly Test Instructions (ATI) to maintain excellent quality standards.
  • Test and package valves and components in individual boxes and into master cartons, marking same with the proper identification labels and instructional materials.
  • Complete recaps, production records, and quality control documents.
  • Continuous repetitive assembling of valves and sub parts
  • Perform routine housekeeping to ensure area operates within parameters that conform to environmental and safety standards.
You Have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Requires the ability to read, write and perform basic math skills.
Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
