Providers will read for all three locations, but will be based at LUMC. * Call Schedule: Call negotiable * Call Ratio: Call negotiable * Average Number of Cases Per Day: Variable upon rotation. 35CTs, or 100x-rays, or 60 US. * Trauma Level/Designation: LUMC (Trauma I), GMH (Trauma II), MNH (Trauma II) * Documentation System/EMR: Epic, PowerScribe, Intlerad PACs, Softek Illuminate * Number of Radiologists in Practice: 10.80 FTEs * Do You Use Teleradiology? N/A. However, open to locum reading remotely. Would like to see fee schedule first. * Patient Age Demographic: All (Not necessary for locum to read Peds) * Procedures Required: * Angio * Mammography * CT * US SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : * Board Certification- Required * IL State License - Required * BLS- Required
