Hematology Oncology Locums position in Berwyn, IL - $450 hourly Description: Hematology Oncology Full-Time Locums position in Berwyn, IL where In/Outpatient coverage at 3 sister facilities and call is needed. Here are some of the details: Schedule- Must be available full time - no weekends * Monday-Friday: 9am 4pm. Clinic SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to submit! * Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED * Active IL license - Required at time of name clear submission- REQUIRED * Availability - Please provide at time of name clear - must be available FT- REQUIRED * Local Candidate - Highly Preferred Position Details: * 30% Hematology * 70% Oncology * Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physician * Hem/Onc only practice * Adults only * No APP's in practice * Documentation System/EMR: epic * Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months * Practice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center * Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20 * Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 2 * Outpatient Coverage: 9am 4pm.
