We're looking for a supportive, creative, and dependable Office Assistant to join our growing Bellevue office. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, requires stellar communication skills to guide new hires and guests, as well as cheerfully embracing your inner organizer to assist with various projects within our dynamic, friendly office space. You'll put your own spin on standard duties, all while anticipating the needs of our collaborative team.

About the Role

In this position you will work closely with our People Operations team, supporting our Bellevue and Seattle offices by assisting with an assortment of essential tasks, including:

  • Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and employees.
  • Keeping office and fieldwork supplies stocked and organized.
  • Managing visitor registration with our Seattle office property manager.
  • Submitting work order tickets for issues in both Seattle and Bellevue offices and coordinating vendors for repairs and improvements.
  • Restocking snacks and refreshments, including consideration of special requests from each office.
  • Supporting our People Operations and Accounting teams with miscellaneous tasks.
  • Event coordination, planning, set up, and clean up.
  • Sorting, dispersing, and checking the mail.
  • Ordering food for meetings and events.
  • Processing corporate credit card receipts.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience as an office assistant or similar or college degree
  • Strong organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly, welcoming demeanor
  • Growth mindset, a love for learning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Location

This position is based in our Bellevue office, with weekly visits to our downtown Seattle location. A Good to Go toll pass and either a parking stipend for our Seattle office or a bus pass will be provided for the position.

The expected compensation range for this position for a full-time employee based in the Seattle area is $60,000 - $75,000 annually and is dependent upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
