We are seeking a motivated Intern Product Manager to join Greystone Tech, the technology arm of Greystone. This internship offers hands-on experience working on real projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product experts to help shape the future of commercial lending through innovative software solutions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to gather and clarify requirements for new features and product updates.
- Develop user stories and product specifications to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Support cross-functional problem-solving, considering trade-offs between speed, scalability, and quality.
- Assist in monitoring product performance metrics and analyzing results to recommend improvements.
- Participate in technical discussions and planning meetings to understand product needs and align on priorities.
- Work with engineers to create UX flows, wireframes, and designs.
- Learn and apply best practices for agile project management, release communications, and new feature user training.
- Shadow senior product managers and actively participate in product demonstrations and stakeholder presentations.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors (or equivalent) degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in product management, technology, finance, and/or commercial real estate.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Figma is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and product performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- A sense of humor and empathy to match our collaborative team culture.

Interns hired in NYC for summer 2024 will be compensated at $27/ hour.
