The wage range for this role reflects compensation across all of ICON's projects. The final salary will be determined based on the specific position, the current show assignment, and the applicant's experience and portfolio. This range accounts for varying levels of experience and responsibilities.

Senior Lighting/Compositing Artist
- Proficiency in Arnold
- Proficiency in Nuke
- Scripting ability in relevant languages including Python highly desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Look development of CG assets and create light rigs
- Ensures that all shots fit the continuity of the sequence
- Achieves quota targets
- Interacts with supervisors/peers for feedback on sequences.
- Comfortable in overtime scenarios
- Manage and optimize lighting scenes and assets
- A pro-active team member that seeks out and identifies technical issues
- Light/Render/Comp shots through to approval
- Interact and cooperate with other departments to solve technical issues
Intermediate Lighting/Compositing Artist
- Knowledge of Maya
- Knowledge of Arnold
- Knowledge of relevant compositing software including Nuke preferred
- Scripting ability in relevant languages including Python highly desirable
- Good communication skills
- Develops solutions and techniques that achieve artistic and technical direction
- Ensures that shots fit the continuity of the sequence
- Achieves quota targets
- Interacts with supervisors/peers for feedback on sequences
- Comfortable in overtime scenarios
- Developing set light rigs
- Light/Render/Composite shots through to approval
- Ability to interact and cooperate with other departments to solve technical issues
Junior Lighting/Compositing Artist
- Knowledge of Maya
- Knowledge of Arnold
- Knowledge of relevant compositing software including Nuke preferred
- Light/Render/Composite shots through to approval
- Interacts with the team for feedback on shot quality
- Works with team members to ensure continuity of the sequence
- Achieves shot quota targets
- Comfortable in overtime scenarios
- Able to Identify issues and relay them to team members
