- Managing a portfolio of advertising clients across a range of award-winning B2B media brands
- Playing a major role in our evolving Account Based Marketing
- Driving intent based marketing strategies
- Following up on renewals - creating loyal and long-term customers
- Encouraging upsells and cross-sells by introducing premium products and services
- Being the voice of the customer - developing an in-depth understanding of customer feedback, and sharing this information with other departments
- Meeting clients to explain the ROI of their digital campaigns
- Helping clients to optimize their digital campaigns
- Managing relationships to maximize customer retention
- Developing and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and agencies
- Working closely with a range of people across the global company to execute current strategies and develop new solutions for our portfolio

- Digital Media experience and strong knowledge of digital marketing
- Experience using Account Based Marketing (ABM) platforms
- Some knowledge of intent marking
- Digital media sales background would be advantageous
- Experience managing key accounts
- Relationship management and problem solving skills
