Pixalate is an online trust and safety platform that protects businesses, consumers, and children from deceptive, fraudulent, and non-compliant mobile, CTV apps and websites.

About the Role: In this role, you will establish commercial and channel partnerships with ad-tech companies to drive revenue, implement scalable processes, and lead with commercial results. The ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up environment, be an AdTech domain expert, and, have a successful track of achieving commercial results as both an individual contributor and leader with extensive experience in pricing/revenue share principles and modeling.

Key responsibilities:
  • Establish a robust deal pipeline, drive towards revenue goals
  • Lead, manage, mentor a global business development team - create scalable processes and effectively communicate success metrics
  • Develop and establish partnerships that are mutually beneficial, driving revenue and market presence.
  • Cultivate senior-level relationships with the world's leading AdTech Platforms
  • Work closely with management, sales, marketing, and customer Success colleagues on customer execution and monetization
  • Understand the dynamics across the ecosystem and help drive a strategic partnership and sales strategy, determining the right approach, solutions, and commercial models for different types of publisher partners
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to hone our ATP, go to market strategy and its execution: iterate the client engagement model, be a conduit between the market and internal teams, collaborate with marketing to develop our messaging and events calendar
  • Be an expert in Pixalate products and effectively communicate the company's mission, value proposition, and vision to prospects, customers, and partners
  • Become an expert in Pixalate products and evangelize the mission of online trust and safety through industry events, blog posts, client events, and more
  • Drive partnerships and revenue with AdTech Ecosystem Platforms - SSPs, DSPs, Publishers, and Ad Exchanges

Experience/Qualifications:
  • A consistent track record of delivering on strategic business development and/or strategic sales goals - sourcing, closing, and managing large, complex partnerships, and driving revenue.
  • An expert in the AdTech/programmatic ecosystem with extensive knowledge of its functions.
  • Understands how DSP and SSP platforms operate and publisher reporting relationships, including major players and their purchasing strategies.
  • Have an established network along with credibility as an industry expert. Be a thought leader, and leverage opportunities to evangelize Scope3's point of view.
  • Has effectively worked with global partners encompassing a broad range of cultures.
  • A high level of intelligence, able to grasp and solve complex business issues quickly and creatively.
  • Excellent communication skills: writing, collaborating, negotiating, persuading, public speaking, and listening.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
