Job Title: Business Relations SpecialistJob Description This position will be responsible for managing inbound calls and emails to ensure fulfillment. The role also includes order and data entry, ensuring orders are fulfilled and delivered on time, answering questions from customers and potential customers, and verifying the accuracy of purchase orders entered into the system. Responsibilities Manage inbound calls and emails to ensure fulfillment. Perform order and data entry tasks. Ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time. Answer questions from customers and potential customers. Verify the accuracy of purchase orders entered into the system. Essential Skills Proficiency in data entry. Experience in inside sales and order entry. Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. Email management skills. Comfortable handling phone communications. 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Additional Skills & Qualifications Business to Business (B2B) experience is preferred. Attention to detail. Bachelor's degree preferred. Work Environment This position is in an office setting, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
