Supplemental Health Care has partnered with Physical Therapists for over 35 years. Were now seeking PTs for openings at a Doctors Office in Suffolk, Virginia. Physical Therapist Contract Details

  • $1,476 $1,632 per week
  • 12-week contract with possibility to extend
  • Physical Therapist will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
  • Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapist Certification/Licensure
  • 1 year of recent relevant nursing experience
  • American Heart Association BLS

Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
