The Coupa Senior Director will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridge's Coupa business in North America. The Senior Director is focused on building a sustainable and scalable business by identifying key plays that will increase bookings, maximize our cross-selling capabilities and deepen client relationships.

Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Work collaboratively to develop a growth strategy for Coupa
- Identify and prioritize market offerings that highlight Spaulding Ridge's unique strengths in finance and operations transformation.
- Responsible for market activities, events, relationship development and thought leadership to drive awareness and sales pipeline
- Lead sales cycles and partner with other SR bandmates to support sales cycles effectively
- Oversee and lead Coupa sales pipeline and align with revenue targets for the Finance and Operations Practice
- Educate and enable client leaders on Coupa offerings
- Identify opportunities for expansion across existing relationships with measurable results
- Develop relationships with our partners/alliances that contribute to growth
- Be a thought leader through white papers, hosting local events/forums, and driving unique solutions that resonate with the market
- Engage with Delivery teams to scope and develop compelling solutions for services engagements
Qualifications:
- Proven success scaling a new market or offering within a consulting environment
- Deep functional and/or technical understanding of Coupa cloud-based solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading a diverse team of consultants, sales executives and solution architects
- Experience leading sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and deliverable review/approval sessions
- Proven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originations
- Proven business operations skills (e.g., developing a forecast and/or business plan, statement of work development, and managing towards margin and utilization goals)
- Strong written and verbal communication coupled with expert presentation skills
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
