BAE Systems is seeking a senior test engineer with at least 8 years of engineering experience to work on a multi-disciplinary team in an Agile, fast-paced development environment. Assigned tasks may include the development of Test Plans, Test Procedures, integration and requirement sell-off. The Test Engineer will coordinate with the Technical Team to accomplish program tasks, provide technical solutions, and support system integration on the program.The ideal candidate will have experience leading the testing and integration of complex and large software development projects. This position requires support of customer meetings and operational system deployment and support activities.Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
