We are hiring a Technical Program Manager - Learner Experience and Operations, to support a new initiative within AWS Training & Certification. You will have a chance to build new experiences for learners, and help build confidence and competence for AWS services.Key job responsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our operations team. You will partner with our Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, UX and Software Engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly captured, documented, designed, tested and delivered utilizing agile project management methodologies.Key job responsibilities- Product Support: Fulfill internal and external customer questions manually to enable products and features that provide customers support- Build new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Streamline and build new operational processes and workflows- Work with our operations and customer services teams: Lead working directly with the supporting operations team- Document writing: Participate in initiatives/projects specific to make continual improvements associated with operations including writing detailed documents on how to automate processes- Analyze customer and stakeholder requirements to determine an appropriate solution design, considering capabilities, limitations and design trade-offs- Partner with analysts, developers, architects, and other technical resources to consistently deliver effective business solutions that are scalable and maintainable- Establish and refine change management practices to ensure long-term solution success- Scope and articulate integration process requirements for related systems and third-party applicationsAbout the teamDiverse Experiences Amazon values diverse experiences. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
