Just click and play! Visit us at We are looking for an expert Software Program Manager to lead the development and execution of GeForce NOW’s Streaming technology. In this role, you'll join a team that focuses on the streaming technology that powers many of NVIDIA's Cloud Applications and services. This role encompasses gathering product and engineering requirements, collaborating with product and program managers, working closely with software engineers and managers across functional domains, defining new processes and driving the execution of various initiatives and features across organizations.What you will be doing:Manage technical programs from requirements through launch, including coordinating all aspects of project timelines, resolving obstacles, and maintaining streamlined processes.Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, and external Partner teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features, create infrastructure, define processes, and workflows.Assume the responsibility of the point of contact, coordinating and leading status meetings, facilitating communication of progress and updates between engineering teams, collaborators, customers, and partners.Lead and improve existing product development and software release processes; and collaborate with engineering and product management leaders to refine the workflows to improve efficiencies.What we need to see:Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 8 years of experience developing and leading complex software projects in large, cross-functional organizationsExpertise in Jira, Plans, and other project management tools and plug-ins to manage project executionProficient in delivering clear and concise messages to different groups of peopleExperience with data analysis tools, building visualizations, data driven decision makingExperience in measuring and improving efficiency of processes and workflowsExperience in turning around failures into learning experiencesWays to stand out from the crowd:Background in GamingExperience in real time, latency-sensitive, interactive video streamingProgram Management Certification / TrainingWith a competitive salary package and benefits, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
