Senior Analytics Integration Advisor

Duties
The Senior Analytics Integration Advisor advises and evaluates concepts for analytic approaches to include assessing criteria, parameters, characteristics, and technical strategies for the Director, Office of Analytics Integration (OAI) to support the establishment and implementation of the Army's Annual Analytic Plan in accordance with existing Deputy Secretary of Defense (DepSecDef) analytic guidance and priorities. Advises and supports the Director, OAI on current and future enterprise analytic direction, and prioritization strategies across the Army for analytic efforts. Delivers high-quality, objective, timely advice, and operational and resource assessments for existing and future analysis and studies. Provides recommendations and executive level products on relevant Army analytic efforts to support or inform Army leadership in DepSecDef led Deputy's Management Action Group (DMAG) engagements. Serves as a senior level interface for and liaison to the Office of the Secretary of Defense Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (OSD CAPE), the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Defense Agencies, the Combatant Commands and other Service analytic organizations for all Army analytic matters. Serves as an Army representative at the AWG Community of Interest. Advises and champions the Office of Analytics Integration to serve as the linchpin between ASLs, the Army Analytic Centers, and the broader Army Analytic community. Develops and coordinates Army Analytic Community standardized data, study baselines, methodologies, and knowledge management. Administers programs and develops requirements for Army analytic modeling and simulation (M&S).
Requirements Conditions of EmploymentCONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION(S) (TQ): (MANDATORY SUBMISSION) A narrative statement specifically addressing each mandatory technical qualification. TQs must provide specific examples that address relevant experience and accomplishments. Total TQ write-up should not exceed 2 pages per TQ using 12 pt, Arial or Times New Roman with 1-inch margins. Applicants must reflect superior technical qualifications demonstrated through leadership and management in the following:TQ1: Demonstrated DoD enterprise-level experience bringing forward analytic findings and results to support senior leader in strategic investment and policy decisions.
TQ2: Ability to build coalitions through partnering and team integration to solve complex technical and programming problems, and issues with critical analysis results.EducationEducational Requirement: Degree in operations research; or at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, science, or subject-matter courses requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics. At least 3 of the 24 semester hours must have been in calculus.
