Overview:

The Inpatient Behavioral Health Team is looking for a rCare Manager for their inpatient team. In this role you will be a key member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing clinical interventions to include assessment, group threrapy, treatment and discharge planning for psychiatric patients. Responsible for facilitating and coordinating appropriate and efficient use of hospital resources by utilization review activities including, but not limited to, prior authorization, concurrent review, retrospective review and/or quality assurance operation.

Work Schedule: Weekday Schedule Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology. 3 years experience relevant to specific program needs and patient populations, prefer experience in psychiatric inpatient acute care setting.

Current license or registration by appropriate State of New Mexico licensing board must be obtained in 12 months from date of hire.
