Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider Per Diem

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner Degree or Physician Assistant Degree
• Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Exam through an accredited organization
• Licensed in the state of Washington prior to the time of employment
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
• 1-2 years of Cardiology experience is required
