The Family Communications Team is responsible for producing high-quality written content for our families and scholars, informing them of crucial information, inspiring them to get involved, and helping build a sense of transparency and community.
Key Responsibilities:
The Communications Associate will play a critical role in developing, writing, and producing best-in-class communications to ensure our audiences are well-informed and engaged.
They will:
Develop and draft excellent content for a variety of channels (email, text, newsletters, presentations, talking points, websites).
Project-manage communications initiatives.
Collaborate with partners and subject matter experts across the organization.
Identify the best platforms and channels to share information and develop content strategy for each.
Identify and track communications metrics that are used to shape strategy.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years experience developing and executing communications.
Exceptional writer with the ability to synthesize complex issues and new initiatives.
Superior project management and organizational skills; able to juggle many different initiatives and competing priorities with tight deadlines.
Technology savvy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence in communicating across a wide variety of platforms, including digital, written, and in-person presentations.
Strong data literacy and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $58,500.00 - $63,000.00
