    • August 14 at 7a - August 21 at 7a
    • Sept 11 at 7a- Sept 18 at 7a
    • Nov 13 at 7a - Nov 20 at 7a
    • Dec 11 at 7a - Dec 18 at 7a
    • 24 Hour ED Call Coverage
    • 7am-7pm In-house call
    • 7pm-7am Call
    • 8-12 hours onsite - 12 hours of non-restrictive call daily
  • Clinical Information:
    • Support - Facility ED and OR Staffing
    • Daily Patient Volume - 15 patients
    • EMR: Epic
  • Required:
    • Board Certified
    • Active GA License
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
    • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
