Responsibilities: • Assist with research and development activities, contributing to new product development and formulation improvements. • Oversee the quality control (QC) of daily batch processes to ensure products meet established standards and specifications. • Coordinate with internal teams, such as production, purchasing, and quality assurance, as well as external suppliers and customers, concerning raw materials and finished products. • Provide analytical support for troubleshooting production issues, raw material evaluation, and customer inquiries. • Assist other lab chemists in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Maintain accurate records of analyses, and QC results, supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in analytical chemistry. • Proficiency in operating analytical instruments. • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
