About This Role:
  Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Administrative Manager! The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Digital Engineering Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, analyze, and review various requests from supported codes, such as hiring packages, seating assignments, and onboarding.
  • Promote the development and execution of employee development plans with management.
  • Monitor the incentives awards program to ensure compliance with allocations.
  • Provide support on staffing, human resources actions, pay plan/performance, oversight for timekeeping approvals, travel comp time, office/personnel facilities move requests, and administrative support for the Business Directorate's stakeholders.
  • Perform a variety of other administrative support functions for senior leaders and several Divisions.
  • Process Access Enforcer requests and provide guidance to the customer regarding Enterprise Resource Planning for Role Mapping and Administrative matters.
  • Support the Administrative Branch Manager, which the contractor is responsible for administering and responding to with status and results as required.
  • Advise Stakeholders on courses of action regarding administrative processes and tasks.
  • Routinely interact with leadership, managers, team leads, and the organization’s workforce including civilians, contractors and military personnel to organize and complete tasks in a timely and effective manner using logical procedures to meet emergent requirements.

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
 
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience utilizing Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Outstanding oral and written communications.
Professional Certifications: N/A Education: A.A. in related fields  Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Years of Professional Experience:
2 - 4 years of experience

The “Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), and Performance Expectations Module (PEM).
  • Experience working in a government environment.
  • Navy correspondence

The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000 to $55,000 (Annually USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
