A Snapshot of Your Day

The Project Manager is responsible for handling and generating offers based on customers technical and commercial specifications and requirements. Support the sales teams and agents with offers, technical and commercial support. Oversees and lead day-to-day activities in a specific territory with the goal to maintain and expand the customer base and order intake. Verify accuracy of purchase orders, enter the orders in the SAP system and is responsible for contract management.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Analyze technical and commercial specifications.
  • Generate technical and commercial proposals based on customer technical specifications in accordance with company's policies.
  • Coordinate activities in the territory of responsibility including quotes monitoring, follow ups and contract management.
  • Support the sales team with customer management and business development.
  • Achieving company's sales and profitability goals by contributing with strategic information and recommendations.
  • Develop and suggest action plans to increase efficiency of the inside sales department.
  • Aggressive follow up of the key target projects (KTP) and open quotes.
  • Support in the planning, organizing and participating in conferences and trade shows.
  • Support the Sales team in preparing and proposing regional strategies and plans.;
  • Identifying market trends including pricing and competitor behavior.
  • Reporting as required and win-loss analysis.
  • Helping customers and agents as required.
  • Reports generation as required.
  • Other duties as required.
What You Bring
  • Technician or Engineering degree is desirable
  • A minimum of 1 year of technical and/or commercial experience in technical sales, inside sales or marketing
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in French and advanced English communication skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in order to efficiently interact with external customers and staff within the organization
  • Proficiency using personal computers and software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows is required
  • Building relationships
  • Negotiation skills
  • Results driven
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to travel as required (no more than 5% of the time
