Job Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and delivering on multiple, complex projects including initiatives in the areas of Go-To Market activities supporting our products and services, customer onboarding, service delivery, defining and implementing process, and supporting internal operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling. Your expertise in managing concurrent large-scale projects within a sizable organization will be key to your success in this role. Your resume should highlight what you delivered in each engagement, not the definition of a project manager's responsibilities. Although this position may support the IT/Tech portion of our organization, we are not looking for an IT project manager. We are looking for someone with experience in managing cross-functional initiatives supporting new product introduction/development and Go-To Market activities including onboarding large clients. PMP or PgMP certification is highly desired. Scrum Master certification is a plus. Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, both Agile and waterfall methodologies is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, ensuring team members are informed and tasks are on track.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project-related conflicts or obstacles that may impede successful project completion.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent and effective communication, understanding customer requirements, and delivering on commitments.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously monitor project performance, analyzing metrics and implementing improvements to optimize project delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Travel Requirements: Less than 25%

Education

Minimum: 4 Year/Bachelors Degree, preferred in business, management, project management, or a related field

Preferred: Graduate Degree

Preferred: Certification Project or Program Management Professional (PMP or PgMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent

Experience

Minimum Years of Experience: 4 years of proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
  • Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels and manage expectations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player, good interpersonal communication skills and able to work across company departments.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.
