About the Inside Sales Team
We firmly believe that sales and recruiting are one and the same. Selling involves influencing someone to act on a product, service or opportunity. The GetScale Inside Sales team focuses on the fundamentals of sales, rather than a script; our sales team is able to take a principle-based approach to navigate through any part of the (customer or worker) conversion process and consistently deliver outstanding results.
Inside Sales Manager
GetScale executes thousands of points of contact every single day; this requires effective and efficient coordination from the entire team. As a Sales Manager, you will utilize your leadership, coaching, and analytical skills to optimize sales rep productivity with a high-growth team.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives who are responsible for helping fill vacant classrooms in schools across the country with qualified educators on behalf of our client. The team is currently sourcing, engaging with, and hiring interested candidates for over 225 school districts across 15+ states.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives who are responsible for helping fill vacant classrooms in schools across the country with qualified educators on behalf of our client. The team is currently sourcing, engaging with, and hiring interested candidates for over 225 school districts across 15+ states.
The Inside Sales Manager Will
- Leverage your sales and leadership experience to build and manage a successful sales team responsible for exceeding worker acquisition goals for our partners.
- Build and grow client relationships through regular meetings and collaboration to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and client company policies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to convert interested candidates into working educators.
- Monitor and analyze conversion metrics to ensure goals are met and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Develop your sales team into stellar sales reps via personal, professional and sales development.
- Lead team syncs, coachings, and 1:1's with your team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting professional growth and development.
About You
- Our company is headquartered in Austin, TX so the working hours for this role are 8:45 am CT - 5:30 pm CT.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the field.
- Experience leading a high-growth team of recruiters or sales representatives
- A minimum of 2 years in sales closing experience preferably in a high growth company.
- A minimum of 1 year in sales management and/or team leadership experience.
- A proven leader in management with a track record of developing people and building teams.
- Experience in client relationship management, including maintaining and growing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively addressing client needs and concerns.
- Experience leveraging systems and processes, accurately forecasting, and coaching sales reps accordingly.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve the organization's goals through sharing best practices, understanding other's workstream and aligning on priorities.
- A builders' spirit; making something where nothing existed before gets you excited.
- Experience with Salesforce dashboards, Microsoft Excel, and creating presentations.
What We'll Deliver to You
- Annual base salary of $70,000 - $82,500+ depending on experience
- 15% performance bonus paid semi-annually
- Total annual cash compensation of $80,500 - $94,875+ depending on experience
