What You'll Do
- Interface regularly with all client levels on the strategy and process of delivery across integrated business(es)
- Collaborate with internal agency teams and key external partners to ensure high level of creative output and adherence to production guidelines
- Grow and protect margins in conjunction with Account Management
- Anticipate client needs, working with Group PMO to ensure accurate resource allocation and management for every project
- Draft and own project plans (i.e. timelines, budget, SOWs, staff plans) inclusive of Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, and Measurement
- Simplify complex processes and implement ways of working that maximize efficiency
- Conduct internal/external post-project analyses to identify patterns for replicating success, as well as identify ways to improve
- Effectively and impartially navigate teams with conflicting priorities
- Develop and maintain high levels of team trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, and engagement
What You'll Need
- 5+ years' experience managing integrated accounts and/or pitches at an advertising agency
- Experience with diverse client portfolios and team management on accounts generating $3M+ in revenue
- Effective interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to different working styles among peers, supervisors and clients
- Consistent track record delivering both multi-channel, dynamic campaigns as well as fast-track project-based work
- Commitment to ensuring flawless creative execution within an ever-changing environment via the embodiment and fostering of flexibility, resilience, and a positive outlook
- Innovative mindset, seeking out (and receptive to) feedback
- Initiative and sound judgment balanced with the ability to seek advice of a supervisor or fellow team members when needed
- Demonstrated autonomy over assigned work while striving towards collective team goals
- Excellent time management skills, as well as an understanding of the appropriate time commitments across departments for projects
- Ability to inspire, connecting the team to the overall Ogilvy mission and rallying internal and external constituencies as needed
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM tools preferred
