As a Business Recruiter at Traba, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Go-To-Market (GTM), Market Operations, and Business Operations teams. You will be the architect of our talent acquisition strategy, tapping into your expertise to attract, evaluate, and onboard the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Hiring: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our GTM, Sales, and Business Operations functions, ensuring a seamless and candidate-friendly experience.
- Talent Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Traba's culture and values, providing candidates with a vivid picture of the opportunities and growth potential at our company.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve our hiring processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in GTM, Sales, or Business Operations roles.
- Strong understanding of the staffing needs and challenges within the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and inspire candidates.
- A strategic mindset, capable of thinking big while paying attention to details.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
