Description
Leidos is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect for a Center of Excellence responsible for delivering modern Identity Access Credential Management (ICAM) solutions and Zero Trust Architectures (ZTA). Role responsibilities include technical leadership for modernization initiatives, translating business requirements into technical solutions alternatives, hands-on implementation/prototyping of identified solutions, and IPT project management activities across multiple ICAM service capabilities. This role will assess industry-leading architectures and tools to lead teams through the planning, organization, development and delivery of progressive cyber environments.

Role responsibilities include technical leadership for modernization initiatives, translating business requirements into technical solutions alternatives, hands-on implementation/prototyping of identified solutions, and IPT project management activities across multiple ICAM service capabilities. This role will assess industry-leading architectures and tools to lead teams through the planning, organization, development and delivery of progressive cyber environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop best-of-breed ZT and ICAM solutions through COTS integration activities
- Perform technical triage, business to technical requirements decomposition, and solutioning as part of the requirements process that inform downstream feature development
- Drive Customer initiatives through activities such as, but not limited to, meeting collaboration across participating customer entities
- Participate in enterprise roadmap definition and planning goals
- Create and e xecute agreed roadmap to drive digital modernization initiatives
- Perform occasional hands-on implementation / prototyping of solutions
- Support oral and written presentations to senior leaders describing solution options along with advantages and disadvantages of alternatives
- Ensure designs are compatible with the architecture and allocated requirements to segments
- Address user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, cost estimation, requirements allocation, and interfaced definition studies to identify appropriate hardware and software specifications
- Identify system integrity issues and solutions for the full system life cycles from concept to disposal
- Summarize and communicate results via oral and written communications
- Champions the development, documentation, and execution of system policies
- I nfluence project/team leaders regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.
- Requires expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
- Perform hands-on keyboard implementation of ICAM capabilities in order to develop repeatable and deployable patterns for potential customers
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires BS degree and 8+years of prior relevant experience; additional experience, experience in lieu of degree
- Understanding of Attributes Based Access Control (ABAC) implementation, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC)
- Demonstrated experience with one of more of the following:
- Digital Identity Management and Identity Governance
- Authorization ICAM services
- Data Security Architecture and Data Protection Services
- Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) solutioning
- Authentication and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
- Cloud first and cloud native architectures (any or all of Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Utilizing cloud services to build infrastructure as code in an automated fashion
- Strong communication skills via documentation and verbally
- Desired Experience with positively leading teams to delivery
- Must have a solid understanding of IdAM / ICAM Services like Authentication, Authorization, Identity, and Data Protection through Digital Policy
- Demonstrated experience for client support of large scale enterprise applications.
Desired Qualifications
- Desired experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Architecture and solutions
- Certification - Security +, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Certified Zero Trust Architect (CZTA)
- Experience with the Sponsor's security accreditation process, CMMC, and NIST Fedramp requirements
- Cloud certifications with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft (Security, Compliance, and Identity), Google Cloud, Oracle, IBM
