Vested HR is a payroll and human resource partner for businesses that want the best for their employees but also want to spend less time on HR and more time on their business. Through our PEO service model, we help our clients succeed while alleviating the worry and complexity of payroll, benefits, workers' compensation and HR.
We are looking for sales consultants that are:
Compensation
Our goal is for our business consultants to earn well over $125,000/year (salary + commission). Base salary ranges from $45K through $85K plus monthly commissions. Our commission structure includes sliding scale residuals for the life of your sales' tenure with VestedHR. This allows you to build a recurring revenue stream while you grow your network and bring new clients to VestedHR.

- Outgoing and enjoy networking and calling on businesses to build relationships with business owners
- Driven to find and build a pipeline of prospects that will lead to clients and income for you
- Experienced in sales and building contacts, regardless of industry
- Entrepreneurial in spirit and have business intelligence so you can become a trusted advisor to business owners
- Socially aware and trustworthy to build the right relationships both inside the organization and in the community as a whole

Responsibilities
- Source, engage and educate new prospective clients*
- Sell the full suite of Vested HR products and services in person and virtually to business owners, HR managers and payroll professionals*
- Assist in the implementation process for new clients to ensure a successful onboarding experience*
- Meet and exceed your agreed upon sales quotas and activity goals*
- Drive client satisfaction by partnering with the Client Services team*
- Maintain accurate records of your interactions and meet all follow-ups to build and uphold the solid reputation of Vested HR*

Detailed Qualifications
- 4-year business degree preferred
- 1+ years of successful track record in business to business (B2B) sales
- Independent seller able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills to clearly communicate our valued offering and instill confidence in potential clients
- Evident desire to build networks of influence in your surrounding community and beyond to build trust and open doors for success
- Strong negotiation skills and keen ability to identify the true needs of a prospective client
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
