Your approach is strategic and analytical, and you've garnered valuable experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, both in agency and brand settings. You're a self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease, always ready to deliver data-driven business solutions to both clients and your team. Your appetite for growth and challenges is insatiable, and you're adept at championing this mindset within your team.

Some of the duties will include and are definitely not limited to:
- Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
- Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients.
- Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis.
- Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity.
- Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience distilling client goals into specific tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured
- Excited and comfortable working with established brands
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam or ShareASale and reporting dashboard, Affluent
- Exposure to different verticals / business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc
- Extraordinarily strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of G-suite & excel
- Must be inquisitive and proactive
- Able to adopt, document, and teach best practices of new partners and teammates
- Experience training and coaching junior team members and building small teams that are rapidly growing (establishing new workflows, processes and objectives)
- Standard ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV

- Entry Level - Meets qualifications on a minimum basis
- Level X - $91,704-$121,008
- Junior level - Exceeds qualifications on a moderate basis
- Level X - $121,008-$150,312
- Middle Level - Exceeds qualifications on a strong basis
- Level X - $150,312-$179,617
- Advanced Level - Exceeds qualifications on an extensive or advanced basis
- Level X - $179,617-$208,921
- Senior Level - Exceeds qualifications on an outstanding basis
