FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Director of Finance, Digital for Fox Television Stations will be responsible for managing the financial reporting and analytics of our digital businesses, including our CTV & Fox Local Extension (FLX) platforms, Websites and Mobile Apps. This position reports to the SVP, Financial Planning & Strategy and supports the SVP Digital Operations and SVP Digital Sales with forecasting/budgeting, strategic financial analysis and decision-making.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $175,000.00-225,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Director of Finance, Digital for Fox Television Stations will be responsible for managing the financial reporting and analytics of our digital businesses, including our CTV & Fox Local Extension (FLX) platforms, Websites and Mobile Apps. This position reports to the SVP, Financial Planning & Strategy and supports the SVP Digital Operations and SVP Digital Sales with forecasting/budgeting, strategic financial analysis and decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with the SVP Digital Operations, SVP Digital Sales and Digital Department Heads to create expense forecasts/budgets for the centralized teams and manage expenses during the monthly close.
- Oversee all financial reporting for LiveNOW from FOX, our national live streaming news product.
- Responsible for the consolidated FTS Digital P&L and variance analysis for weekly revenue reporting, monthly close, budget, forecasts, and ad hoc analysis.
- Prepare financial analysis on product launches and other initiatives.
- Manage expense and revenue allocations to the stations (both actual and forecasted).
- Work with Station Finance and Sales/Ad Ops teams to create and implement policies and procedures across the company.
- Finance lead for system integrations and implementations.
- Review / negotiate contracts with third party vendors and approve invoices.
- Prepare presentations and communications for Senior Management.
- Other duties as deemed appropriate and assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience, with 5+ years in a financial management position
- Experience in digital ad sales is a must; broadcast experience a plus
- Experience with digital ad serving platforms (GAM and FreeWheel) and order entry systems (WideOrbit and Operative) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and financial modeling
- Track record of working independently on multiple mission-critical projects and meeting tight deadlines
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy with excellent problem-solving and project management skills
