Make an impact with MNP Digital as aMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Pre-Sales Consultant/Engineer for our Digital Solutions business area. The successful candidate will participate in sales cycles as a member of the Digital Business sales pursuit team in support of our sales account strategy. You will manage presales discoveries, analyze client's needs and demonstrate how we can address the customer's requirements and solve their business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to own, deliver and coordinate team resources to build and deliver a compelling and differentiated solution demonstration successfully and jointly.
  • Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Work with national sales pursuit team to understand and support sales opportunities.
  • Conduct executive-level presentations and provide trusted advice and guidance as a platform and solution subject matter expert.
  • Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform within a specific industry, and adjacent services to our customers.
  • Identify and gather additional requirements needed to properly scope and estimate opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing team to support partner lead generation event activities, including event coordination, field communication and post event responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with Dynamics Solution Architect/SMEs to prepare and propose solutions.
  • Help write responses to RFIs / RFPs and draft solution estimates when needed.
  • Prospect/client presentations / demoes, including D365 Business Central, Customer Engagement model solutions, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Agents, Power Automate, Power BI).


Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of presales experience is preferred, or 8+ years of deep solution knowledge working with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision.
  • Ability to present and engage in business value discussions.
  • Experience with emerging and related tech, including Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics HR, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills to support business decisions and priorities.
  • Excellence in communications and presentations, both remotely and in-person
  • Active contributor of best practices in peer community, engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • Technical Knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O, CE, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive is an asset.
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft 3rd Party ISV Solutions and Product Management experience is a plus.
