The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of management experience with remote direct reports. Will have proven technical writing skills and experience with ADP, SharePoint, Microsoft programs, and Continuous Improvement would be preferred.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or Labor Relations or 10-15 years of progressive, relative experience. Other advanced degrees considered - MBA, JD, or experience in employment/labor law
- Leads a team focused on managing Human Resources compliance initiatives, programs, and/or Human Resources polices for Wis-Pak locations across all line of business.
- Identify new, existing, and revised federal, state, county, and city employment and labor laws, regulations, and enforcement activity and make sound recommendations for changes to the leadership team.
- Develops and/or delivers training pertaining to employment law or Human Resources policy compliance.
- Provides coaching, guidance, and expertise to leaders to address Human Resources compliance.
- Ensures that Human Resources policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
- Coaches management team concerning employee conflicts and investigations.
- Mentors production facility Human Resources team members.
- Responsible for the Human Resources functions for the Central team members including staffing and onboarding processes, leave requests and compliance, Workers Compensation filing and follow up, and coordination of training and/or tuition requests.
- Manages employee files and document storage.
- Liaison for Central employees and payroll.
- Coordinates employee engagement programs and communication to provide Human Resources news and relevant updates to employees.
- Responsible for annual EEO-1 reports for the whole organization.
- Acts as the coordinator Affirmation Action initiatives.
