About the team
The Ecosystem Platform team's goal is to ensure that TikTok provides safe and welcoming content for everyone. Our contributions ensure that creators can continue to produce high-quality content, and improve user satisfaction in the long run. We also work with the recommendation and personalization team to customize the feed experience that, as TikTok's mission states, inspire creativity and bring joy. We're looking for solid Product Managers who has an in-depth understanding of the content quality issues for global products and external factors such as government regulations, and can deliver complex platform and tools to improve content quality for TikTok ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Work on TikTok content governance platform covering full lifecycle from risk discovery, rule/policy management, report & responding tooling, to recommendation system optimization.
- Understand user requirements, propose solutions, and enhance platform efficiency to support various business needs.
- Collaborate closely with xFN teams including engineer, design, machine learning, and product operations. Manage project cycles independently, drive product functionality implementation, conduct global training for stakeholders, and oversee optimization, updates, and iterations.
- Develop effective data measurement metrics, efficiently collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years experience woking on content governance tools or similar internal trust and safety platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a global team across multiple time zones.
- Experience in recommendation or machine learning powered products.
