The Accountability Manager is responsible for partnering with the internal OMG's investment and planning teams to assess and implement strategies that exceed the partnership's key performance objectives. This role will lead the communication and implementation of a process that routinely examines critical aspects of Nissan's media investment/tracking and recommends appropriate actions to maximize benefit for business and marketing objectives.
The Accountability Manager will interact with all levels of management within OMG Strategy and Investment to track, maintain and manage media requirements and drive strategies that deliver, desired media performance objectives. Objectives to be satisfied include, but are not limited to cost savings, quality improvements, investment transformation, budget forecast, spend management, ROI analysis, staff utilization and process reengineering. The Manager must be a self-starter who can proactively coordinate/ lead cross-functional teams.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$80,000-$90,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

- Self-starter and leader with the ability to effectively manage multiple deliverables
- Must display strong Client Relationship Management skills and demonstrate the ability to present in many forums and levels in a large organization
- 5 years of Analyst skills, preferably in the media industry and/or Marketing Services Procurement experience preferred
- Demonstrated success establishing communications and reporting templates and setting and meeting deliverable dates
- Strong knowledge of and skill using Excel; familiarity with and/or able to develop reports and recaps of multiple data streams
- Is a good listener:
- Conveys thoughts, ideas, feelings, and decisions in a clear, concise, and appropriate manner
- Demonstrates both good verbal and written skills
- Liaise with US Purchasing clients on materials, status reports, timelines, and reporting
- Project manage reporting across the other Omnicom agencies
- Provide education when needed on methodology and reporting
- Learn automotive buying cycles and NNA budget cycles with enough knowledge to calibrate reporting when needed
- Provide support to the strategy teams on all reporting and client presentation requirements
- Provide forecasting to clients and central team
- Manage any required audits and audit partners
- Ensure budget/financial accuracy
- Collect buy data from investment teams to populate into templates for accounts on a quarterly basis (or whenever needed)
- Analyze data received to see how agency is tracking against the savings goals on Excel
- Review and resolve discrepancies between savings results from other teams and from auditors
- Communicate with global, investment, and strategy team members on a daily basis on savings tracking related matters
- Prepare PowerPoint slides that mirror analyses and savings findings for clients and teams
- Support accountability managers to complete projects that need immediate attention
- Attend all required client meetings and note necessary follow ups
