Cottage Grove Community Medical Center and Clinic are part of the PeaceHealth Oregon Network. Financially strong, this Critical Access Hospital and Clinic has a per diem/reliefphysician opening for an experienced,Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist.

- Including system-wide Epic EMR
- On site lab
- An all-digital imaging department
- Infusion services
- Rapid response team from the ED available 24/7 for your hospitalized patients
The position:
- Single covered: shift is from 7 am - 7 pm
- 14 bed community based Critical Access Hospital. 4-8 patients, but can be variable
- Work closely with nurse manager, RNs, CNAs, NCM/SW and therapists (PT/OT/ST).Noattending specialists, no RT
- CT/XR and lab available 24/7. Ultrasound available during business hours Mon-Fri. Echo 1 day per week, mobile MRI 1 day per week
- Attached 24-hour ER covered by full time ER physicians
- Remote telemetry monitoring
- Telehospitalist cover at night
- Unofficial/Phone consults with PeaceHealth RiverBend specialists
- Swing bed patients are considered outpatient and can be transported to consultation visits during their Swing Bed stay, for example ortho f/up after fracture, etc.
- Depending on hospital and walk-in clinic volume and staffing, may be asked to assist in walk-in clinic on occasion
- Position is paid at an hourly rate of $162.70 and includes medical malpractice coverage.
