Cross Country Locums is seeking a Primary Care physician for a contract position in Minnesota Scope of Work : * January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022 * Ability to provide Physicians in a timely manner who diagnose and treat medical and minor surgical illnesses, perform follow-up, and obtain consultation for medically complex patients of all ages who present for care in an urgent care setting * Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Additional Information : * BC/BE-Required * Proof of current immunizations (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Flu) status and a current PPD within the past year * CV in Month/Year format with no unexplained gaps Information Need to Submit * Any active (unrestricted) State License * FP Board Cert * DEA * NPI * Immunizations * BLS * 3 References For more information on this or other Locum Tenens opportunities across the U.S., please contact April Applewhite at or ; feel free to send your current CV at any time.
