Position Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Position: Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician Location: Indiana Start Date: ASAP Length/Need: Few days in November and about 10+ days in December Travel & Lodging will be covered or reimbursed Medical Malpractice will be covered Compensation: * $300-$310/hr * Overtime, Weekend call and Callback available Schedule: * 7:30am-5pm(in-person) and few shifts are just phone coverage Details: * Avg. scheduled patient per day - 24 * Onsite lab and ultrasound, Exam rooms are 5 * Office Equipment: GE Voluson E10 & GE Voluson E8/Twin NST Machine * Support Staff: 1 Receptionist/1 RN/ 2FT Sonographers/ 1 PT Sonographer/ 1 Genetics * Low Risk Pregnancy: 40% / High Risk Pregnancy: 30% / C-Section: 30% * III Nursery level, Documentation System/EMR: Epic Procedures & skills required: * Amniocentesis * Fetal Echocardiogram * Genetic Counseling * Specialized Ultrasound * Transvaginal Cerclage * Vaginal Birth * Cesarean Birth * Birth Defects * Genetic Disorders * Pre-Eclampsia * Multiple Pregnancy * Growth Restriction * Chromosomal Abnormalities * Congenital abnormalities * Pre-term Labor * Hypertension * Thrombophilia Requirements: * Active IN license is highly preferred * Board Requirements (Board Certified/Board Eligible): AOBOG * Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification * Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship required * BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS * Clean Malpractice
