This traveler is open to working both MedSurg and ED - Hard to say percentage wise how much they would work per unit (e.g., 50% ED, 50% MedSurg) because they will be working where they are needed

-For MedSurg: Nurse to patient ratio: 1:3-1:5 depending on census ----Usually 1:3-1:4. Can go up to 1:5 but RARELY happens.
-We always have a total of two nurses.

Extension offer likely if the traveler is a good fit.

-Must have two years experience
-This hospital is close to some of the best beaches on the Oregon coast. We are 30 minutes from Bandon which has been rated one of the best golf courses in the country!
-Orientation is typically 1-2 shifts depending on how comfortable the traveler is. Our goal is to make this the best traveling experience possible. We want you to be successful
