We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. Our employees are our most important asset. Each employee is an integral part of our operation and success. Your Responsibilities:
- Master knowledge of our software and services to convey their value to prospects
- Develop sales sheets and other sales and marketing collateral for large customers and partners
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers to build partnerships, understanding their business needs to design and present solutions with a detailed proposal
- Develop effective campaign strategies to generate and nurture leads to sales, leveraging CRM, cold-calling and outbound email tactics
- Periodically attend industry tradeshows to identify potential sales leads and interact with existing customers
- Build a high-achieving sales team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly to empower leads and team members to improve and grow
- Manage NDA, SOW, and other contract responsibilities to ensure vendors and customers agree and close in a timely fashion
- May perform other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of proven sales and pipeline development activities
- 3+ years of sales or customer service experience in the B2B market
- Experience selling and/or supporting software solutions
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM or Marketing Cloud
- Ability to maintain a consistent level of disciplined management
- Experience in cold calling and following-up on sales leads
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, entrepreneurial attitude and excellent work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills including collaboration, facilitation and negotiation
- Ability to learn quickly, self-teach, take initiative and adapt easily to changes
