Senior Solution Sales Consultant

Locations: Newtown, CT, Chicago, Atlanta or New York City | Hybrid I Remote

The Senior Solutions Sales Consultant assists SS&C's Treasury and Securities Solutions (TSS) team with all facets of new business opportunities pertaining to our Banking, Treasury, and Capital Markets services. In this exciting new role, you will work across business development, operations, and technology teams, as well as our prospective clients, to design the ultimate solution for the client's needs. Primary areas of focus include, but are not limited to: conducting product demonstrations, designing client solutions for complex deals, preparing for and delivering professional presentations, completing request for proposals (RFP), and managing presentation schedules.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Conduct in-depth prospect demos for all TSS software solutions

  • Assist the sales team in all aspects of a complex, lengthy strategic sales cycle to achieve goals

  • Assist in shaping messaging on products and/or provide product data and presentation content/ideas

  • Be the subject matter expert for the TSS team including writing thought leadership Marketing content, i.e. blogs, whitepapers, and social media

  • Respond to inbound RFPs and RFI requests and take responsibility for designing platform strategy and qualification meetings with all relevant team members

  • Prepare and edit technical content for all TSS solutions

  • Research and build knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented that are related to the TSS business

  • Understand the competitive landscape related to the TSS solutions and how to properly position TSS to win new business deals

What You Will Bring:

  • Knowledge of Treasury and Capital Market industry

  • Experience with presenting to Executive, Senior and Mid level bank management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Extensive hands on experience in leading and execution of financial software demonstrations

  • Collaborative approach to working with internal business, technology and support teams on Product development

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions.

NY: Salary range for the position: 150,000 USD to 175,000 + bonus USD.
