With dynamic cross-training and advancement opportunities in a team-focused environment, the core of RadNet’s success is its people with the commitment to a better healthcare experience.  When you join RadNet as a Director of Human Resources, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.You Will:Conducts regular meetings with respective business units.Consults with leadership, providing HR guidance when appropriate.Supports HRBPs to build capacity in leaders utilizing frameworks for performance management, progressive discipline in order to support strong performance, employee development and retention.Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.Ensures HRBP team responds effectively to employee complaints and conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations as necessary.Works closely with COEs to develop tools, resources and training to enhance managerial competence and understanding of organizational policies and procedures.Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.If You Are:Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:At least 7 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a corporate environmentComprehensive understanding of state and federal employment laws, including EEO, ADA, FLSA, and FMLAStrong knowledge of NY Employment LawBi-lingual preferred (Spanish)Understanding of, and experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and training)Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence peers and business partners at all levelsMust possess a consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partnersMust possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
