By providing PMO capabilities, we strive to deliver on PayPal strategic technology initiatives and business outcomes. Your Way to Impact:This individual will play a critical role in partnering with the Engineering leaders to successfully deliver the assigned projects and programs within the Technology PMO. The individual in this role will support a Finance Transformation initiative aimed to streamline and standardize finance processes, technology and data to enable better integration and value-added services.More specifically, this person will provide end to end program management support for the SAP S4 Hana transformation initiative.Your Day-to-Day:Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage SAP programs from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, supply chain, and external consultants, to ensure effective SAP program execution.Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly communicate with business stakeholders, keeping them informed of program progress, risks, and outcomes.Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to project teams, including internal staff and external SAP consultants.Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential program risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives related to SAP implementations to ensure smooth adoption by end users.Resource Allocation: Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure the right talent and skills are applied to each project.Monitoring and Reporting: Track program performance, providing regular updates to senior management on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Financial Oversight: Manage program budgets in excess of $10 million, including forecasting, resource allocation, and financial performance tracking.Vendor and Partner Management: Oversee relationships with SAP partners and third-party vendors, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.What You Need to Bring:A successful candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience leading projects and programs from end to endExperience with S4 Hana is requiredSolid understanding of SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD) to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization.Strong knowledge of emerging technologies as they relate to SAP.Previous experience in managing SAP programs.Expertise in leveraging analytics and data insights for decision-making.Experience with large-scale business integrations.Leadership competencies such as strategic thinking, influence/negotiation, decision making and change leadershipA Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relatable field I preferred but not requiredAdditional Job Description:Subsidiary:PayPalTravel Percent:0-PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
