As the Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for owning, developing, and executing campaigns that generate pipeline and increase market adoption of our new AI-first products. In this role, you’re highly cross functional – working closely with sales, PMM, field and brand to design integrated campaigns that move prospects through the B2B funnel. You have a proven track record of being data-driven, operational in your approach and leading innovative campaigns to success. The ideal candidate is skilled in defining a complete buyer journey at each stage of the funnel with the ability to translate messaging frameworks into effective campaigns. You enjoy building and scaling demand generation programs in a fast-paced collaborative environment.  You are skilled at orchestrating an integrated campaign, and have the ability to think both strategically and execute at an operational level with ease.What will I be doing?Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute integrated campaigns that engage prospects in a meaningful way resulting in pipeline generation aligned to key segments Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end campaign process including planning, execution, and tracking of tactical campaign activities. Ensure all campaign deliverables are aligned to channels and objectives Content Partnership: Work with the content team to map assets to each stage of the buyer journey, tailoring messages to increase engagement and conversion across campaign channels.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, including funnel metrics to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations. Journey Mapping and Funnel Development: Define and refine the buyer journey, aligning messaging and tactics to each stage of the funnel, ensuring seamless and effective progression from awareness to conversion. Monitor and report on funnel metrics to understand lead progression and identify opportunities to inform campaign strategyCollaboration: Partner closely with cross functional teams including sales, PMM, content, field and brand to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives to maximize impact Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation and other best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiencyWhat skills do I need?5+ years of demand generation experience at a B2B technology company. Industry experience is a plus. Cross-Channel Expertise: Broad understanding of demand generation across multiple channels (email, digital, events, social media, and ABM) and the ability to adapt campaigns to the channels that are most effective for target audiences.Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms with brand voice and conversion in mind across multiple campaign channels Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Strong understanding of funnel metrics and their impact on campaign strategy Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail Experience using automation and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach.You enjoy working with a sales team and have experience managing this relationship as a key marketing partnerExceptional communication skills; you are able to clearly and concisely craft messages to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting to management teamsBenefitsWe are a well-treated bunch, with awesome benefits! Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Policies Intercom has a hybrid working policy.
