We’re looking for a customer success driven Project Manager to partner with our engineering and business teams in delivering a transformative experience and value to our customers.Our ideal candidate knows the transportation and supply chain industry EDI & API transaction sets, and has worked with customers and business users to successfully implement solutions. This individual enjoys building and deploying solutions that are easy to use and fully documented. We've got plenty of room for you to be creative, make an impact, solve impossible problems, and change an industry. What You’ll Be Doing:Marketplace Onboarding & Adoption: Own delivery of product to customers and contribute to accelerated customer onboarding & adoptionBe customer-centric; develop innovative product solutions that are grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver the best customer experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholdersFoster tight partnerships with engineering, sales, finance, and operationsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessaryManage marketplace participants’ API/EDI integrations along with Integration Engineering leadImplement the best technical solutions for our customers and carrier integration requirementsTest EDI and RESTful API interfaces for customer implementationIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessaryAssist in analysis and identification of process improvement and propose solutions for more efficient processingProvide post-production support for customers & internal stakeholdersIdentify, investigate, and resolve EDI/API transaction errors or other issuesFollow-up on all questions and requests directed to the support team in a timely manner until there is a confirmed resolutionScrum Process: Run sprint pre-planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement for customer onboardingDocumentation: Build documentation of onboarding processes and procedures.What We’re Looking For:10+ years of relevant project management experience with a track record of successful software product deliveries for enterprises and SMBsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or BusinessExceptional communication and management skills, including presentation, formal writing, verbal, and email communicationProven ability to work across functions and influence senior leaders and stakeholders to drive customer success (time to value)Ability to understand complex business problems, develop effective solutions based on delivering value for customers and the businessExtensive experience working with EDI standardsFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices Knowledge of the current Logistics/Transportation and Supply Chain EDI transaction setsHands-on EDI support experience a plusAbility to demonstrate initiative and meet deadlinesAble to work autonomously and in a dynamic team environmentDetail-oriented with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Benefits & Perks:Competitive compensation (see below for details)Medical, dental, and vision benefits401K company match programFlexible paid time off (PTO) and paid holiday. The expected salary range for this role is $145,000 to $160,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
