See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc.Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year. Check out our investors and read more about us here. Why we're hiringThe GTM Enablement Lead role is a new role responsible for equipping the GTM team (Sales, Client Success, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services) with the right skills, knowledge, process, and enablement tools to maximize revenue growth and customer success impact.What you’ll be doing Develop and deliver comprehensive training and onboarding programs for the GTM team; collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to cover product knowledge and positioning, and with GTM leadership to enable on industry trends and effective sales techniquesLeverage and own our enablement and sales tools suite to enhance field development and accelerate productivity (Highspot, Gong, Docebo, Articulate, etc.)Partner with RevOps to analyze sales processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and increased productivity to drive higher conversion rates throughout each stage of the sales process to drive retention and growth with our customersImplement a metrics-based framework to inform & action the enablement programResponsible for all aspects of sales foundational and continuing learning programs, including scheduling and coordination, creation and delivery of on-demand courseware and instructor-led training, and measurements of successDevelop assets, playbooks, and materials for internal launches and facilitate internal training to drive sales effectiveness, in partnership with cross-functional teamsBecome a product matter expert in order to deliver high-quality training and contentWho we’re looking for5-7 years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development at a high growth SaaS startup; bonus points if the experience is in the financial services, fraud, or compliance industriesSelf-starter mentality with a track record of producing exceptional work with minimal supervisionAbility to manage global, highly visible projects and timelines that span multiple teams and multiple resourcesExceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsExperience with sales methodologies, processes, and enablement best practicesProficient in using sales tools and enablement and conversation intelligence tools like Salesforce, Highspot, Ambition, Chorus/GongProven success in designing and implementing effective, outcome-based training & enablement programs using a suite of modern tools & modalitiesExperience working at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a technical product preferredA high degree of organization and attention to detailAbility to build strong relationships across the organization, work with stakeholders, understand needs, and translate vision into a clear, global strategyWe're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately and opportunities for growth are abundant at our scaling company.
