DescriptionWe are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in the professional services sector based in Los Angeles, California. As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our IT infrastructure, working closely with various team members to ensure seamless operations. You will also spearhead strategic upgrades across our network, cloud environment, and security systems.Responsibilities:• Lead the daily operations of the firm’s IT infrastructure, including network, server, and cloud systems.• Strategize and execute critical infrastructure upgrades, such as server virtualization, cloud migrations, and security enhancements.• Manage Active Directory, Azure, and VMware environments to ensure stability, security, and efficiency.• Facilitate the firm’s transition from Cisco to Fortinet for network security solutions, including the implementation of advanced security tools like EDR and XDR.• Support the uplift of financial management, document management, and conflict systems.• Monitor and optimize network performance and security, identifying opportunities for improvement and mitigating risks.• Act as a technical mentor to junior staff and provide high-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards.• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain and improve the IT environment.For immediate consideration, apply now and direct message Reid Gormly on LinkedINRequirementsTop Requirements• Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry.• Proficient in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, DELL EMC Technologies, and Dell Technologies.• Demonstrated experience in AB Testing and Active Directory.• Proficiency in Automation, AWS Technologies, and Backup Technologies is essential.• Experience with iManage, VMware, and Microsoft Windows Server is required.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.• Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning is required.• The ability to work collaboratively within a team and with a range of stakeholders is essential.• Must have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.Job typePerm
