You will shape the organization’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy, ensuring that AI tools and solutions are tailored, adopted, and integrated effectively within each business unit. You will play a critical role as the enterprise-wide AI Optimization lead, transforming the organization through innovative AI initiatives that align with overall business objectives.Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI optimization strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and goals.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance team of AI Optimization Specialists.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that promotes continuous learning and development.Coordinate with AI Strategists, Super Champions, and department heads to evolve and implement PAM strategies.Serve as the primary liaison between the AI optimization team and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergy.Oversee the deployment of PAM within each business unit, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.Tailor AI adoption strategies to meet the unique needs of various departments while maintaining organizational coherence.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor AI adoption and integration across the enterprise.Provide regular, data-driven reports to the Vice President of AI Strategy and Technology and other senior leaders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.Identify and proactively address challenges or roadblocks in AI adoption.Develop and implement solutions to overcome obstacles, ensuring the smooth integration of AI tools.Collaborate with AI Strategists to develop and refine best practices for AI adoption and optimization.Ensure that best practices are effectively communicated, adopted, and maintained across all teams and departments.Stay updated on advancements in AI technologies, generative AI concepts, large language models (LLMs), and GPT models.Lead continuous improvement efforts in AI adoption strategies based on feedback, data analytics, and emerging industry trends.Act as a thought leader on AI optimization and adoption within the organization.Influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels to embrace AI-driven transformation.Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related technical field.7 or more years of relevant experience required.Experience in technology implementation, digital transformation, or AI tool adoption and leading enterprise - wide projects required.Experience working with AI tools and generative AI technologies such as LLMs and GPT models and operationalizing these technologies within a business environment highly preferred.Experience in managing change initiatives and fostering a culture of AI adoption within large, cross-functional teams highly preferred.Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana to track project development and manage AI implementation projects across various business units highly preferredStrong skills in data analysis and interpretation using various tools to track AI adoption, usage patterns and performance metrics highly preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to create documentation, reports, and presentations for tracking and communicating the progress of AI optimization initiatives highly preferred.Relevant certification in operational change management such as Lean Six Sigma are highly preferred.Certification in project management, either PMP or Agile is a plus.Experience with healthcare regulations and challenges such as HIPAA highly preferred.Estimated Hiring Range:At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
