Details/Requirements:
Board Certification: IM/FM
7 nights on 7 nights off
7pm-7am
APP in house with provider from 7pm-3am
Average admissions: 7
Floor cross coverage (120 beds)
Rapid responses and codes (along with code team, ER doc, and anesthesiology)
No procedures required
Open ICU with intensivist consultant
Compensation package - > 400k
Salary 350k
Productivity bonus based on RVUs paid in biweekly paycheck
